A BIT ABOUT ME
A Celebrated Guitar Teacher
My musical life began at a very early age. It started with recognizing that the sounds coming
from my pop's guitar actually matched the album we were listening to. It was absolutely amazing and I wanted to do that, too! From that moment, my entire life has been surrounded by guitar playing at every turn.
In 2000, after years of playing in multiple bands and varying writing/recording projects, I discovered my passion for teaching. The joy of being able to share this love of mine made a huge impact on my life. As much as I have always enjoyed the collaboration of writing and performing with others, I fell in love all over again with the joy of seeing someone else experience that same epiphany from my childhood. Knowing that I am helping share that excitement and enjoyment means the world to me and I love the thrill of recognizing when something difficult “clicks” for the first time.
